As a life-long sports and fitness enthusiast, I had always used physical activity to benefit my health and keep myself in shape. However, I didn’t focus as much on nutrition and diet, as I always thought that active exercise was enough to maintain my health and fitness.

However, as I got older, busier, began traveling a lot more for work, and experienced personal issues, I began to exercise less, eat poorly, and my health deteriorated dramatically. Not only had my weight ballooned to the largest it’s ever been in my life, my cholesterol had gotten very high, and I was generally feeling unwell. All of these harmful developments had a major negative impact on both my physical and mental health, and I knew that I had to make a change or things could get worse.

That’s when I decided to research how to improve my nutrition and the types of diets that would help me achieve better health. During this time, I discovered the keto diet, and more specifically, I found Speed Keto, which would change my life. Speed Keto taught me how to eat properly in order to maximize my health and to get in better shape. This newfound passion for nutrition also inspired me to become a health coach, specializing in the keto diet and intermittent fasting.

Not only have I benefited from keto by improving my own health and changing my life, I have also had the opportunity to help others improve their health and change their lives. It is very exciting and I get super pumped when I hear how people have learned about keto and transformed their lives by losing significant amounts of weight, improving their health, and even reversing long-term diseases.
